First-trimester dual screening (PAPP-A, β-hCG and nuchal translucency measurement), second-trimester triple screening (AFP, hCG, uE3) and quad screening (adds inhibin A) provide risk assessment for trisomy 21 and 18 and other chromosomal abnormalities.

Tests must be performed at specific gestational weeks; your physician will determine the right timing.
